The unified data-quality queue + ledger. CAD Codes is the big one — match codes seen in traffic to a vehicle (or create it), and spot vehicles missing a code. Other reconciliation diffs (hierarchy, fleet specs) land in the Inbox; every resolution — automatic, accepted, or a manual in-context edit — is recorded in History. Additions auto-apply; changes queue; nothing is invented.
