Solid status segment = happening now · faint = planned ahead
~4 = estimated crew · 4 = confirmed actual · ⚠ = short rest (<8 h between shifts)
PLAN: DRAFT = painted statuses aren't auto-applying yet — confirm the shift plan on the team's page
A row's status dropdown = manual override for now; the painted plan resumes at its next block
